Come out to our dances
and help support live music. I'm happy to say that 2012 is starting
out a lot better than 2011.
Alan Gaumer is doing
great things with the Pennsylvania Jazz Coalition. His dream (and
ours) is to provide a base for jazz musicians to perform and to
teach America's music. Ideally the aim is to establish a system
where musicians actually get a salary. These musicians perform their
music. But more than that, they would go into our schools to educate
and excite our students by using the creative music of jazz. Check
